CAREER @ EDURINO

Our mission is to teach children 21st century skills with the power of games

Haptic figurines are the key to digital learning worlds that adapt to childrens’ individual speed. As soon as kids place the figurine on the screen, the journey begins. They navigate through the app with an ergonomic input pen that also practices the correct pen hold. Our superstar team is eager to revolutionize digital learning.

HOW TO BECOME PART OF THE TEAM

1. Send CV

You apply for one of our vacancies (CV is enough!)
or hand in an initiative application via email.

2. First Call

We schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. We will share our company presentation and you will be able to introduce yourself, telling us about your experience and why you want to work at Edurino.

3. Homework

Demonstrate your skills by working on a specific task for the role you are applying for – e.g. an art test or case study.

You will prepare the task before the second interview.

4. Expert Interview

We schedule another interview with the direct report for the  position.

You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved and then it's time for a deep dive
into the role together.

5. Meet the founders

You will (e-)meet one of
our co-founders!

Depending on the position, we will also ask you for reference contacts. We do not do reference calls for student roles.

6. Offer

After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino 🚀

The next steps include meeting your onboarding buddy, getting to know your team, and a special onboarding box. :)

FAQ

No, a motivational letter is not required. Your CV is sufficient. You can add one if you want to :)

Normally, our interviews take place remotely. If you are located in Munich, it is possible that the second interview takes place in the office or that we meet up for a coffee.

You can prepare a short introduction about yourself, your recent experiences and think about the question why you want to work at Edurino.

We schedule a first 30-minute interview with our recruiter to get know each other and to introduce you Edurino by our company presentation. You will have time to introduce yourself as well, tell us about your background and motivation. The next step is a case study that you can prepare at home. Once you have submitted your results, we will review your case study and schedule a final interview with one of the founders or department leads. After that, we share our decision with you within a couple of days.
